More "input fields" in NEW THREAD

Hello,

Came up with another MOD request which I think is very useful.

Now, when posting a new thread you can fill out the TITLE and the MESSAGE field. I would like a mod to add some more FIELDS like the TITLE field.

Ofcourse per section ADMINCP CONTROLLED by FORUMMANAGER.
Would be nice if a description could also be entered there.

EG:

Title:
[TITLEFIELD BOX]

Subtitle: name is admincp controlled
[SUBTITLEFIELD BOX]

Message:
[MESSAGEFIELD BOX]
