Hope this one can be coded.

The admincp lets you watch the actions performed by the mods, but I would like to either have a creditssystem to reward the modactivity or a more simple systme that let's me see how many modactions a mod did, those stats can be a friendly way to motivate the mods to do their work :p

Already exists and is standard with vb the basic side is at least the credit system isnt

Well no actually at no point did you ask for a count of you said you wanted to see how many and the admincp already allows you to do that provided you can count :p

Im assuming you want a hack like the old vb2 moderater log hack I dont remember its actual name but im sure it could be converted to vb3 fairly easily

There is a hack over at vb.org called mod management that may be what you are looking. I use it and generaly like the results I see from it. It can be found here.
