i am running VB 3.0.0
and this is the display when i post but i want i tto appear like on your forum with the name at the side and also i don't see the little green reputation boxes or a give rep button.

Check your vbulletin options as for the left side postbit is the legacy bit which you can activate at anytime. And if the reputation boxes arn't showing up that means they are not turned on.

under vbulletin options >> Style & Language Settings >> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template >> 'yes'
