Members can close their own threads

I have a specific forum just use as personal stuffs, where members can post their diary, or their own opinions without reply.
I'm looking for a hack which allows members can close their own threads in a specific forum.

_ forum options: I don't see it there
_ usergroups: usually for mod and admin . If you set it to members, they can do that in any forum -> I don't want to do that.

Hm, It should be easy enough just to create your own little script:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
