Member Can Regisiter For Other User

Hello

I have make my board for school and i need to make it Private Board which only the Member who is Regisiter in the board already they have a page in the profile to Regisiter for their Friend to invite them..

Example say that me is a User i need to Regisiter for my Friend i just go Creat a name for him and put his email and so on ..

Hope some one is Intersting for this Mod :nod:
