A system whn you use mass mail sends out X number of emails every X hours for people like me with evil hosts I cant mass mail my members

My hosts limits me to 600 emails every hour

how do u even email that many people at once anyhow ?

vBulletin has a function that allows you to send a mass email out to all registered members. So if you have 20,000 members you'll send out 20,000 emails in about one to two minutes - it staggers the send so the php script doesn't time out.
