Looking for a hack or mod... Auto thread at specific time.

Hey guys, i'm just wanting to implement an auto thread creation in a forum specified to be posted daily at midnight. Lol, Let me simplefy that, I am trying to get a post to me made at midnight everyday with the title of that date, so members on the board can reply to it saying they visit the page on that day. Once the day is over, i would also like the thread yo close and a new one opened for the next day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
