Easier said than done, I had a bash myself... ****ed it up.... What a suprise.

Was wondering if anyone else can give me some help... I need the latest pthread that is posted in my "News" section, to appear in a javascript popup like the "You are unregistered popup" that many forums have today.

It needs to show just the latest thread of the news forum, it needs to be scrollable, it needs to be exitable, it cannot close after a certain ammount of time, and it needs to pop up only on the index... and only once everytime a user visits/logs in.

For users that are logged in it doesn't have to pop up every time they click on the index.... This is where I ****ed up.
