Default Kudo's / rep system

I would like a mod that allows users to give each others reputation points, but not like it is now. I don't know if such a mod already exists, but I can's find one.

What I want:
1. User get ... kudo's a month
2. User can give kudo's to other user with a max of ... kudo's per post
3. You can only give kudo's once a post and only to the first post (not the reply's)
4. Crew members can give unlimited kudo's post and non-post related
5. Overviews, like who's on top or who gave away the most kudo's
6. Overview for members so the can see who the gave kudo's to
7. Crew overview to see who gave what to who (to catch cheaters)

Info:
We use vbulletin version 3.0.7 and can't upgrade, because of the mods installed and the skin we use.

I hope this already exists and if not if someone is willing to make this for me. I have experience with php but beacuse I don't have a lot of time and vbulletin is very difficult to figure out I can't make it myself.

I'm pretty sure such a system doesn't exist.

I personally think chances are small you can find someone to do this for you for free, simply because vB 3.5.x has been out for more than half a year now and everyone is coding for that.

you should at least upgrade to latest 3.0.xx version, as not upgrading it is exposing your website to xss vlun attack.

I don't mind upgrading, but than I can't use my skin anymore, and I customized a lot. So it's a bit of a problem.

Have you added the security fixes though?

i still think that those security fixes are very important, and maybe you should take yourself the time to patch your code, or if not possible since the skin indeed won't work like you say, to re-install all mods on the latest version & edit the skin to match new version, so at least you will sleep @ night knowing your website is safe, rather than hoping some script kiddie won't scan your website range...

Upgrading from 3.0.7 to 3.0.14 should not affect you custom skins.

I will try to upgrade to the newest version. It will take some time but if it's safer I will try.

But the topic was about my request, and if I upgrade to the newest version is it then possible that someone will make it for me?
