Join Now - White Half Circle On Top Right "Hack"

I remember reading about a mod for helping registration, and now I cannot find it anywhere. The mod works in the space above the navbar in the top right. It says "Join Now" in a white semi half circle. I thought I saved it in My Favorites. I thought it was on this site, so this is why I posted this here. I looked all over a dozen hack sites, and could not locate it. If anyone knows which hack I am looking for, I would definately appreciate the link!

I renamed all my post icons to use varying meta keywords. (I also drew some extra icons up)

The search engines actually look at the alt tags of these little icons, and use them as page content also. The alt tags on all these icons are useful.

[ie: Hold your mouse on the Blue Question icon here, the alt tag could say Hack Question instead of Question]

I noticed this site doesn't make use of this. This can be used with smileys, also. Every little bit helps our sites. There are thousands and thousands of these on every board you can put to good use.
