Hello everybody, just joined!

OK, I want to create an index template that will be located outside my forums folder in the root directory. So when a person visits my domain name "eg: www.flmods.com" they will be presented with the index page (website page).

I want to be able to also have this index page listed in the admin settings in templates, were I can add text and content using html etc to be displayed on the page. I will be using vBulletin 2.3.5, rather than version 3.

How do I go about creating this template so it will display the forums header and logo etc. So it looks the same as the forum page look. But gives me the option to add content to it via the admin section.

there's something called "vBPortal" that they have here as well.
never used it, so i cant really tell you where or how to modify it.
