can anyone tell me how can i change the limit of the avater?

my limit is default.

80*80 (200 KB)

and i want to change it to 200*200 pixels!

plz!

forgot: and if anyone can tell me how can i add 'Usergroup' into "Postbit" Template?

exmple:

Homie
brithday: ???
posts: ???
vB Version: ???
Usergroup: Administrators (i want to add this line into "Postbit" Template.)
