how to move the top banner in middle?

Default how to move the top banner in middle?
Version: 3.6.x
Hack Category: Forum Display Enhancements

i did a costum banner and it stays off like a quater to the left,,from the original templete (top banner)
so what do i need to do?,,


and my secound question..
how do i put someone to be "moderator"?..

1: Are you using the default vBulletin templates for your ads? Please be more precise.

2: There are two types of moderators, a regular moderator (can only take actions in specific forums) and a super moderator (has possibility to take action in every forum).

In order to add a moderator,

Go to AdminCP -> Forum & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Select your forum but don't edit it, go in the dropdown menu and select 'Add moderator'

Change the user's primary group to Moderators, even though it says not to and from there, you can proceed.

is not a default template ,,is proably a costum design,,some one give it to me,, (i will send you a pm with my site so you can look),,i dont have much experience with editing,,but i do a lot of reading so i can learn...

You must wrap your logo with center tags, it looks like this:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Find that code in HEADER template and add mine.

It's perfectly centered for me! Anyways, just wanted to tell you that I added a little star icon (*) in the code by mistake, please remove it!
