i believe she means a system to vote on someone picture - to say is she/he hot or not ;)

that's exactly what i mean. but i want the user to be able to put in a description about themselves....and have other users leave comments

and maybe for each user to be able to see who rated who what...

The Description about themselfes? That should not be the great problem i Guess. You can just setup a new profile field with a char limit like 750 chars. Maybe you can modify the field "Group Memberships" into that. Cause in most Forums that field isn't even used and the description will look great, cause the cases are already formed

To Upload more then 1 Pic? Well... as far as i know this is possible with the vBadvanced Gallery, but this is very expensive i think :S

That should not be the great problem either. This Option exists for chosen usergroups in polls. So i think you just have to transfer the code, mod it for the pictures and that the person who belongs to that profile is able to see that. and it should be done

To code a hack especially for that would take loads of time, i guess. So i think it is better to start with existing scripts and possibilities we have through vbulletin
