Hi guys! I'm looking for this kind of plugin. You can check News section on http://www.wintricks.it/. If you click on a news/article like http://www.wintricks.it/news1/article.php?ID=4679 you can see at the bottom of the page a blue bar where you can leave comments that go in the forum and the article too.

Is this plugin exist?

I checked...but are u sure? In my opinion there's not the same thing

seems more like a portal but don't think they are using vbulletin, think they coded all in php

the blu bar reports threads' posts

it's not vB and thats not a shoutbox.
