I have a program on my server that showing Current bandwidth utilization
It will create a png for graph bar and a txt for bandwitch details

I want to read the txt file and show it's content in the footer of the forum

I try to add some code in root/global.php with no success.

Can someone help me to do this trick and find the correct syntax and file to modify
Assume that the txt and the png files are in the forum root directory .

First line should be
$file = fopen("ubar.txt", "r");
Second parameter (r) should be in quotes, and you don't need the + as you won't be writing to it.
