I am interested in how to implement inside Profile where are posts, Age, Registration, Rep. Power and Location, how can I add below 2 more lines, but for those settings to go in USER OPTION.

For example, I put inside USER OPTION F(avourite) G(ame) : Counter Strike
And then, when I post, that is visable down there where PROFILE is as I stated above.

In the postbit template you can just put:

Favourite Game: $post[fieldX]

where fieldX is the number of the field id.
