How do you exactly mean that?
I never saw posts "moving" after a reply.

Maybe give us some screenshots to explain it.

the only thing i could think of is the following:

open forumdisplay.php
look for:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
add below:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
edit templates forumhome_forumbit_level1_post & forumhome_forumbit_level2_post
find->
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
replace with:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
and it will sort it by thread time, and not by lastreply

enjoy!

to infused, for instance, i make a post say 2days ago, and then i make a post today, if someone replies to the one from 2 days ago its the top post n that section insteaad of the post i just recently made being at the top, it just makes it really confusing to members when the posts are jumping around so much

like if i make a post on july 1st, july 2nd and july 3rd
i want it to be displayed no matter how many replies is given to it like this:
july3rd
july2nd
july1st

the way VB is currently setup if someone makes a reply to the july 1st post the order would shift to:
july1st
july3rd
july2nd

i dont want them moving each time theres a new reply

Allright then, so you can try to edit the forumhome_forumbit_level1_post & forumhome_forumbit_level2_post like Fury said but then:

find:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
replace with:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
