give a thread a bar with options

I'ld like to give my users the possibility to choose for a thread in my PSD section for the links that are posted:

-online
-not checked
-offline

and I'ld like to have a mini status bar on top
so they can choose and update it.

Do you mean adding an extra field to the thread which displays either of those 3, user selectable?
