Forum permissions based on age

Howdy all, I've been searching for an hack to allow me to set a forum to only be viewed by those 18 and over. So far I have not been able to find anything on the org or here. I have also not found anyway of doing this in vanilla vb either.

Ideally I'd be able to limit access based on factors other than just age, such as join date and number of posts too.

Does anyonew know of such a hack/plug in or think it is wirth creating one?

Well that hack is for the whole site, not forum only.
