An online form that a user can fill out, which when submitted gets:

* Posted into a new thread in a forum of your choice
* Create a new poll in the new thread with options of your choice
* PMed to you or someone else
* Emailed to an email address you specify
* Choose to redirect to the post, thread or forum, or a custom thank you message

Has such hack been converted yet to vBulletin v3.6?

will try to check with Maxx soon enough about this one, since it was long time since we wanted to convert our 3.0.x hack to 3.6.0 together, but never found the time for it till now...

Isn't compatible with v3.6 but sure seemed popular

i've just sent him pm (was bit busy during past week i neglected to pm him), will wait for answer & see how well will that go.
