I would like to use this script http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...staticmenu.htm on my forum so it will display on every page (forum home, forum display, view thread ....) I also wanted to display outside the template, like out side the white border on vbulletin.com. But I have no idea which template to place the code in. I try forumhome and paste be above the </body> but it didn't flow.

You'll have to play around with other templates to find the right one. You might need it in several templates. Try the header and navbar templates too.
