I want to use flash avatar. Just for Admin.

I tried something but It gives error.

How can I use Flash Avatar?

You should be able to use a conditional for this. See if they have one posted at .org or .com. I've got a lot on my plate right now, but if I find sometime I'll work on it. I'll post it if I get it finished. If I didn't post - then that means I haven't found the time to work on it yet

Yes... I tried that, but in Internet Explorer, It gives error. I am using an Opera and everything is good. I am working this Flash Avatar Hack.

That's because IE is the worst of all browsers. They were using code that didn't belong to them. They were sued, lost, and had to remove certain functionality from their browser. You'll need to do a google for the javascript work around. Basically you'll need to add another file that reroutes the Flash code. An example is shown below:
