Question Filter sub-forum on gender!?

Hi, I have installed Vbulletin forum and I like it, it is a great forum. I want to make a sub-forum with permission for only one gender. Like a corner for girls and one for boys. I thought that maybe make 2 usergroups, and that a girl go's automatic in one group, and boy in an other. Is this possible, or someone knows another manner or is there a hack for this ??

Is it possible to if people register, and fill in their gender, they will be put automaticly in an custom usergroup?
