Well.... It seem to me yes.

I'll try to explain what i need.
I have 2 user gorups on forum (i mean main ug, exlude stuff). 1st - regestred members up to 200 posts (200 - for example). When they have more posts then users move with promotion system to 2nd group - advanced members. That gorup have some privilages and i'd like to give them another....

Ability to edit WHOLE first post of ANY thread of ANY members (even staff) in NOT specific BUT configurable here:
./admincp/forumpermission.php?do=edit&f=X&u=Y
where X - forumid Y - groupid
(for example ./admincp/forumpermission.php?do=edit&f=2&u=4)

It was a paid hack, and author will not share it in some times. He told about three-four month.
