Guest posting is allowed in all forum.
How to make so that the visitor before sending of a post should specify in special field the e-mail? For what? And for that: as soon as visitor press "Submit"- the message is not publishing. Instead of it on specified e-mail is sending special link. When clicked on this link which the message of the visitor will be published.
