First time poster.. Just found this great site today...

I was wondering if there are any Mods/Hacks that are available for Vbulletin that will allow me to set a limit on the amount of files a regular user can download a day and at what KB/s they can download them and also allowing a Paying Member unlimited downloads and speed per day?...

There is a hack for this at vBulletin.org, sure about that.
