I have been looking on google for this but couldn´t found it, I hope you guys can help me out.

What I want it this:

When a new user register I want vbulletin to create a subdomain. For example, when a new user named premium registers, vbulletin has to create premium.vhackers.com

Besides that, I want this subdomain to point to the members profile page of vbulletin. In this case premium.domain.com has to point to www.vbhackers.com/forum/member.php?u=1688

I can do these actions manual, but it would be perfect if it can be done all automatic.

guess this request is between very hard to impossible to implant & create.
The only thing that might be able to help you accomplishing this one is to make some sort of a web php "macro" (sorta) using very handy module called "snoopy" (u can google it to locate it). it's an open source class module that has functions to make the code act as if it were a browser, which can allow you to "pre-setup" a form paramters & submit them, and also do several opreations as if it was u that was browsing it.
u just need to explore a bit with your directadmin/cpanel page source & get (for the adding dubdomain) all the info you need (url for the login of your cpanel, form name, user/pass fields, form action target, also on the second page, the link for subdomain addons, on the 3rd page form name, field name, hidden fields, form target/action, etc.).

Anyway, as u can see, if possible (not sure for 100%), then it will be complicated to create.
however if u have a LOT of spare time, you can try create one.
i myself don't have much extra time to start this kind of a project, as it will take for sure too much time, and even if one is created it will fit few and not entire community, as it will vary from host to host, depands on the management software your hosting use (cpanel, dadmin, etc.)
