Combo Hack, Auto close thread/Move thread to new forum

I need a hack that will give the user options for closing a thread.

When the user posts a thread, there should be a radio button giving the user the choice to either keep the thread open forever, or select a number of hours/days/weeks for the thread to stay open. Once that number of hours/days/weeks has been reached, the thread will auto close on its own.

Also, and i dont know if this could be coded into the same hack, but the ability for the threads to be moved from one forum to another.
This would be based on the thread prefixes hack, where it would move the thread to a specified forum based on the thread prefixes.

This is just to move posts out of our "VIP" area into the regular areas after a set period of time.
