Post Combine yahoogroups list with vB forum

I run a site for medical billers and coders and use vB at http://www.codingandreimbursement.net/forums - not real active.

We also have a yahoogroups e-mail discussion list http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CRN-L/ that is very active. I call it CRN-L.

Thanks to another hacker I've combined the registration for these two different areas.

The following is my request. I'll describe it in phases for easier reference.

PHASE I:
What I want to do now is while keeping my yahoogroups list (CRN-L) I'd like to have all posts from the CRN-L populate a forum on my vB called CRN-L. This will provide an archive of sorts and be searchable via the vB interface and my RSS. I'd like for the messages to be threaded too. I imagine there would be a made up user on my CRN-L set up to e-mail my vB so to speak and that e-mail would get added to the forum as either a new thread or appended to one.

PHASE II:
Now this is where it gets interesting. I'd like for any posts made in that CRN-L vB forum to also be sent back to the yahoogroups list. Not all forums just that CRN-L forum.

Please e-mail me at Laureen@codingandreimbursement.net if you think you can do this. I'd like to know a time frame and cost of course. Thank you.
