is there a hack to change the colour of a usergroup say admin = red and itll apear on every post (where the admin posted)

AdminCP->User Groups->Edit Administrator-> put the html code of what you want admin names to look like within the two boxes, so box one would be like:

then box two would be

Now all Administrator's names will be in red in post's, and who's online.
