Its safe to say I'm a complete newbie to vB - however i DO know basic skinning as i have worked on many for my clients, but that's all.

Ok I'm planning on buying vB License of the latest version.

What I want is a cash wallet system that shows below members avatar - you know like points etc..? On this forum, members of 'certain' group will be able to earn money for posting.. it may be different for each forum or some forums won't pay at all. Moderators will be able to deduct the earned commissions if the members violate rules.
I'm thinking of providing them 0.20 - 0.80 / Post or so. Anyhow...

I don't want a withdrawal system in it as I'd like the member to view and request withdrawal through their non-board member's area (the website)

Are there any mods that justify my need or can it easily be made?

It says I have to be authorised to download it... So i'm not too sure that I want to buy licence until i'm sure it works like i want to...

It should work like you want to. It is very customizable.
