box around category/forumsbits 3.7

Is there anyway to add a box around the category and postbit section on the forumhome ?

I know how to add a top images and bottom images but how about adding an entire table around them with images on the left and right sides aswell ?

Check the image for an idea.

Any help would be apritiated

Oh and this is my first post on this forum and a nice forum it is
