I'm looking for a Mod, which won't allow member to access only the forum where he/she was banned !!

You could do it with forum permissions, but it be a pain in the arse for one user..

Really if they need to be banned from one forum do you want them posting elsewhere on your site? Use the infractions give them a warning saying if they step out of line again then they will be banned for a day,week or more.

Enable Access masks in AdminCP

User -> Access Masks -> Set their permissions there
