Awards for Years on Forum

Is there an easy way to distinguish users who've been active for various years. For example, if a user has been with us for 1 year, i'd like to have a certain image in the postbit or username. A different image will be there for a user that's been there for 2 years and 3 years, etc.

I'm not sure how to do the join date less current date calculation. :astrosmil
