ok, so I wanna give out awards every month to certain people, Now I want to be able to either add the award(an image) Under the "reputation" in the postbit and OR add it under that persons sig. Now I don't want the people to edit it, meaning they can't turn them off. Only admins can give these out. I thought about making a profile filed for it but, how would I ad an image to it and how would I make it ONLY for Person A, C, etc. I was thinking about altering the postbit but I'm still new to php and coding. How could I set this up?

You could do it simply by moving them in a new usergroup? With for that usergroup a standard avater or something like that? Otherwise you could do it in postbit:
