Default Automatic send forum password after accept rules

I have install the NNTP gateway hack, but i run a forum with no flaming swearing etc and have had complaints from my older members that some of the posts have to much swearing in it, so we talked about how to keep this on our forum as its great, one of the ideas was to make it a forum with password access after a warning about the bad languagein the posts from the newsgroups is accepted.

To do this automatically it would be great if someone could write a hack for us.

What we need is a hack that allows a member to request the password and it will be sent automatically to either email or pm only after they accept a warning message explaining the content of the newsgroup post are not our responsiblilty and not from members of our forum click accept to gain the password or not option and submit
not returns them to forum with no password sent.

No this could be used for many other uses so it not just for a forum like newsgroups.

Anyone willing to have a go, i guess its much like the one when registering to join the forum (or not)

So you just want it to email the user a password for a forum on request, which probably uses md5 encryption? Oh joy looks like i have easy days ahead of me :p

HAHAHAHA @rogersnm. Well that might not seem like a bad Idea but heres another crazy 1, what if we did what I and others has stated and then instead of it emailing it through email, it uses a flash or java which will auto-generate a temp password for the new registeree to copy and login with. Once they log in, they have but so many minutes to change that generated password with their own or it will automaticlly delete the profile.

This was an idea I came up with because if you think about it, how many members on your boards register and not do nothing. No posts or nothing, just register and leave. So whats the point for them to register when they can just look around like a normal guest right? I mean that might seem alittle advance but I can do it and rogesnm, I knooooow you can also. Ive seen your work. I just have alittle mor then I can handle right now, but this seems like it wouldnt be a bad idea right?
