Exclamation Attachment File Hosting

Hack Category: Add-On Releases
I run a mobile phone discussion forum.
My members are always posting attachments, which in some cases are not 100% legal, and it can bring me some troubles as hosting it...

Any way of creating a simple hack that can allow members to host attachments at rapidshare or any other kind of free hosting file company?
