Try IBPro arcade. You'll have to tweak it a little, but for me it is better than the v3arcade (which is currently no more supported). V3arcade has ab it a more nicer handling, but I have a site running IBPro and 1100 games in total without any hassle ....
No matter which one you choose, you could integrate both with vBux/vbPlaza, so you have a quickly out of the box casino, where you can have your members gamble with points (Or "oxygen" in my case, since my board represents a kind of virtual space station ;) )

Yes, I am licensed and do have access to vBulletin.org... so apparently since I can't get it here and have to register and enter in my license info or whatever to get it over there I'm going to have to do that.
