A 1 to 10 star rating hack

I seek a 1 to 10 star rating hack instead of the 1 to 5 star rating builtin vbulletin

Any guidance will be much appreciated

If it's any help, it dosn't matter if it's graphical or numeral 1-10 (or if the existing 1 to 5 is split op in nine. eg. 1, 1½, 2, 2½ ...... 5
