Default What does it take?
Reason: Feedback on Vbhackers

For anyone to notice that mods are being released without any files attached to the post?

http://www.vbhackers.com/f76/world-w...-6-7-pl1-8821/

Maybe I'm just blind and have missed were the file is posted. :/

Thanks Shelley I've already contacted them about this. If they don't comply within the next 24 hours we'll remove the thread and they can repost it when they have files to accommodate the thread

It's possible that they don't know how to upload the files, or that they simply overlooked doing it. They're aware of it now

Thanks for replying CL I appreciate the reply but I doudbt this guy has any problem in figuring out how to post files (judging by his track record) and creating a hack like this is a little more complex than submitting files.

I wouldn't mind so much but I've clicked the thread scores of times to check to see if the files have been uploaded and judging by the comments of other people in the specified thread they would have experienced the same thing.

Post like this should be deleted as soon as a reports been made and/or when a staff member runs into a thread. It would be like me submitting a preview with no files attached leaving members feel highly irritated.

If they haven't contacted us within the next 24 hours then the thread will be removed, and they can repost it again when they have files to upload. Until then we'll give them the benefit of the doubt It wouldn't be fair for us to guess/assume why the files aren't there. All we can do is contact them about the missing files and give them a reasonable amount of time (24 hours) to correct the situation. If they don't comply then by this time tomorrow the thread will be removed.

I will post in the thread linked above so that others know the file is temporarily missing and there's no further confusion

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Shelley,
and of course for catching their mistake so early,
OK now since there still are no files and they didn't reply,
it's time to make note that the threads gone buh-bye.
