Default Vbulletin news just a little behind.

We are on 3.0.7 vbulletin now and the last announcement on behalf of vbb is 3.0.3 Some important security fixes been released since then. You might wanna update a little

Oh and on that note you might wanna upgrade or at the very least patch this board before some lamer comes along and tests the exploits out.

Ya i'll be upgrading real soon. Jelsoft is getting on my nerves with all these upgrades, i start coding for vb 3.0.3, then have to recode for 3.0.6, now i have to recode again for 3.0.7. Blah, such a pain.

Not that much changed 2 or 3 files changed over all the releases.

****es me off having to move code from one file to another but not jelsofts fault. What people are failing to see here is that this will always go on. Someone creates software someone else finds a way to crack it. Its always been that way and it will always be that way. So complaining to jelsoft about them being prompt about releasing fixes for newly found exploits is kinda silly. I hate the way jelsoft do things most of the time. There call home for one is something thats always ****ed me off feels like a breech of privacy to me but lets not get into that discussion. On the security fixes however they will always get my support however annoying the upgrade can be at the time. Id rather upgrade now to be safe than be sorry I didnt later.

I think the updates are good, but I think most of all there needs to be something done with the way hacks are installed, that is what always takes up all your time, is re-installing all the hacks over and over again, for those of us who don't use Axis Merge..
