It was reported in the bug tracker and then apparently fixed but not fixed.

That modification was removed along time ago, we just never deleted the file itself because only staff members where able to access it. Thats why the bug report was changed to closed (fixed). ;)

Doesn't do any harm ATM. We'll delete that and the rest of the unused files when we decide to upgrade.

I'm back now as an active member of the site. There are somethings behind the scenes that I'm participating in to help with the site. We'll see how things flow first and make sure to inform the rest of the community if any decisions are made.
