Whenever I make a post on DP or V7N, i get something in return – A linkback through my signature.
Here signatures are only cosmetic as they are hidden from SE bots, this might help vbhackers to achieve a PR 6 or even more in not so distant future but I don’t see this forum going too far as vbulletin SEO discussion forum if this sectarian approach is not dropped.

We have our conditional signatures in place. The way they are configured, your signature will be *removed* for SE bots and guests when:

• You make a post with less than 100 words, or
• You post more than 1 time on a thread page.

In the 2nd case, your signature (if the post is greater than 100 words) will be maintained on the 1st post only.

Larger posts are rewarded with signatures.

While we do encourage users to add their signatures, keep in mind that links coming from more targetted sites to your niche will have a greater SEO benefit.

We hope that all users who contribute here are doing so to obtain and contribute information related to the vBulletin community, and not just to establish backlinks. ;)
