Is there a reason that the option to require you click a post before being able to use QR is turned on ?

(it kinda makes it a slow reply :p)

Yes, it's there because else the "In Reply To"-hack won't function correctly ;).

Above every post the hack displays which post you replied to (so basicly next to which post you clicked Reply w/ Quote or the qreply button).

Posted in reply to <Poster of post you're replying to>'s post starting "<First part of post>"

Oh, never even noticed that (isn't that what threaded view is for ?). Does anyone actually use or take notice of it ?

Oh well, it's also going to be inaccurate anyway as I usually just end up clicking the bottom post to activate QR - since I'm forced to click one.

Hmmmm, yes, you would say that ;)

I honestly can't see the benefit of it, I prefer QR to be what it says ('quick'), not have to go clicking on other posts - that rather seems to defeat the purpose of it. Each to their own I guess. :alien:

Well, it's just a thing I got used to from using it a long time I guess. Basicly, you click it after reading a post which you want to reply to, and it'll automaticly unlock and jump to the QR.
