Quick Links is missed

Why doesnt this skin have the quicklinks ?

I hate to have to always come back to main to Mark All Forums read
Have to go to UserCP before edit profile
Have to return to main to View Own Profile etc.

?????????? ??????????

it adds less threadviews ( saves from having to go to main to get back to another page/options )
