I'd like to see a database of coders who are looking for work and some buyer ratings/feedback for their work.

Also maybe it'd be a good idea to show some type of success rate for listing help wanted ads. Show the # of responses someone has gotten to a request and if it was completed or not.

which is why I made this suggestion, so that people could easily see which coders are experienced and see how users rate their work/professionalism/pricing, etc.
