Can someone please point me to the hack that does the tab navigation on this site, always displaying the navbar?

homepage | Vbulletin hacking | vbulletin templates | etc....

I have been using vbulletin since 2001 and never knew that. How do you activate it?

Looks to me that they must be using the header/footer per forum hack

That's just a row of images made by livewire. If you want to know how to do it then hit me up with a pm. Just a table with images that link in a cell and then a cell at the end that stretches to fill up the rest of the space.
