ok so on the showgroups.php page you have sod all for buttons so i took the liberty of making you some :p. As well as an extra. Go into showgroups_usergroupbit and find:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
add below:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
and then you should have:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
after that upload the 3 attached images to your skins button folder and there you go. Simple :p

File Type: gif email.gif (1.1 KB, 1 views)
File Type: gif noemail.gif (2.2 KB, 4 views)
File Type: gif sendpm.gif (1.2 KB, 3 views)

Sorry guys, I'm no longer staff here and don't have access to vBH anymore. I'm just getting away from the whole vBulletin thing itself. I'm sure Gio or Rex will be able to upload them.
