Market Place to buy and sell your vB site

Any possibilty of implementing a market place to buy and sell your vBulletin based sites?

I often am looking to buy some and occasionaly have one or two to sell and always have to go to some off the wall site like SitePoint or WebHostingTalk and deal with their nazi like rules.

I beleive it'd be beneficial to the community as a whole to have this feature here and may attract lots of new members as well looking to buy a completed site, rather then deal with the hassle of building one up

Case in point, to sell on Site Point $20 and you arent even gaurenteed to sell.
DigitalPoint you have to jump thru all kinds of loop holes

I've never had any issues at DP
I'm always looking to buy another vb site

but most are way out of my price range.. I'll just keep saving ;)
